In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from www.gregnormancollection.co.uk you may return the goods to Golfwear Company Ltd, 1 Croft Court, Croft Lane, Temple Grafton, Warwickshire, B49 6PW within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
We will refund or exchange the value of the goods less the delivery charges unless the goods are faulty and then GregNormanCollection will refund the postage.
Please return the goods, in the same packaging and in the same order and condition as you received them, to the above address with a brief covering letter detailing what you would like us to do. We will strive to find you an alternative.
Please ensure that you use a reputable courier with a track and trace facilty as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods until we have received and signed for them.
How do I return a parcel?
1. Please enclose a note in the parcel clearly stating the reason for return, quantity enclosed and action required.
2. Label the parcel clearly with the address as shown blow.
3. Take the parcel to the Post Office. We strongly advise that you use the 'Compensation Fee Parcel' for parcels valued over £20 or obtain a 'Proof of Posting' certificate for parcels under £20.
4. Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
5. Please note that returns 'Postage and Packaging' is only refunded if goods are faulty, incorrectly sent or for an unacceptable alternative.
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in it’s original packaging.
The Golf Wear Company Ltd (Greg Norman Collection) cannot accept returns on used merchandise.
Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
